Processing:
All orders are " made to order". They are usually processed within 4 business days. Orders made after 12:00 pm E.S.T. will be processed on the following day. Orders made over a Holliday or weekend may take slightly longer.

Shipping:
We package our product with the utmost of care. We have found FedEx Ground to be the most reliable and safest way to ship. If we are shipping in temperatures over 75 degrees we will ship 2 Day Air using insulated packaging and cold packs.

Returns:
Due to the nature of our product, being a consumable. We will not accept returns without prior approval. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping cost.

Cancellations:
Cancellations will only be accepted prior to shipping.

We ship FedEx Ground, 2 Day and Next Day services. Ground service is used for all orders unless customer requests differently. In warm weather conditions, we will ship using insulated containers and cold packs.

Please add $3.00 for warm weather shipping in the months of May through September. Customers living in warm states (AZ, CA, FL, HI, TX) will require cold packing year-round.

Please add $15.00 to all orders going to Hawaii

We will accept international orders by phone. A shipping quote will be made at that time.

A FedEx tracking number will be issued to the customer's email address.
